Fabio Leonini completed his law studies at the University of Geneva in 2012. During his studies, he spent one semester at the University of Zurich as part of the Swiss Mobility Program. In addition, Mr. Leonini obtained an LL.M. with a focus on arbitration from the Humboldt University of Berlin in 2020. He fluently speaks German, English, French, and Italian.
Fabio Leonini joined Kohli Urbach Rechtsanwälte AG as an attorney-at-law in January 2021. Prior to that, he worked both as a lawyer in the white-collar crime team at the Geneva Public Prosecutor's Office, and as a lawyer at a law firm in Geneva specializing in business and white-collar crime law. He was also able to gain professional experience abroad. His practice focuses on litigation before state courts and arbitration. In addition, he is active in contract and commercial law, labor law, as well as debt enforcement and bankruptcy law.
